We are a culinary-inspired, clean confectionery, with a love for sugar and people, not necessarily in that order.

Michele started on her confectionery journey in 2013 with the launch of SWEET artisan marshmallows & The Detroit Marshmallow Co. and followed with Michele Bezue Confections, & For the Love Bakeshop & Cafe. She has been featured in multiple publications, was a regular on all 3 Detroit network stations in the morning and has mentored countless business owners on to their own successes in the Detroit Market before deciding to make her way south!

We also have classes to learn everything from making marshmallows (YES, you can make them!) to beautiful scratch-made cakes and our Over-the-Top Cookies! All clean recipes and you can even make your sweets vegan!
